As ACVC we were invited this August 6 by the Minister of Science, Technology, Knowledge and Innovation, Andrés Couve, to a breakfast to explore different initiatives to promote the Venture Capital industry in Chile. The conversation focused on how to get scientific-technology-based ventures to achieve a venture capital investment in larger series, for example A + (between USD 3 and 10 MM) or B (over USD 10 MM), and what initiatives can we together to achieve this objective, together with the Ministry of Economy and other institutions that support entrepreneurship.
