At an extraordinary meeting, the association's members elected the new board of directors, which will serve for two years.
The board was formed as follows:
Francisco Guzmán – Carey (President); Sebastian González – Wayra (Vice President); Sebastián Gilbert – Dadneo Latam (Treasurer); Luis Bermejo – Alaya Capital; Stefanie Sherman – Digevo Ventures; Cristián Velasco – WeBoost; Felipe Camposano – Taram Capital; Lorena González – Aurus; Evelyn Von Bischhoffshausen – Kayyak Ventures; and Antonia Brahm – Hero Capital.
El Mercurio's Innovation section highlighted the addition of more women to the board of directors, as well as the significant growth of the ACVC.
In 2022 alone, 17 new members joined the association, 14 of whom are partners and several of whom are foreign nationals.
"We have managed to consolidate the association as a powerful and relevant trade union at the local level," said Francisco Guzmán, who was re-elected as president of the ACVC.
