On May 2, 2017, six venture capital funds came together to create the Chilean Venture Capital Association (ACVC). That was the starting point of an idea that aimed to incentivize, develop, and protect the VC industry in Chile.
Eight years later, the objectives have been more than met. In this time, the association has matured along with the ecosystem, has multiplied its members by dozens (today 66), and has positioned itself as the leading voice in venture capital in Chile. It has also achieved a leadership in Latin America that has put it on the global radar, positioning the country as an important emerging market.
From the ACVC we are deeply grateful to all those who have decided to be part of this path (to those who were and to those who are) for contributing with their expertise and believing in this project.
