On Tuesday, May 26, our first meeting of the year with the Family Business Association (AEF) was held, where we discussed the topic Why invest in disruptive startups now?, aimed especially at Family Offices that are beginning to enter this type of investment. We had 140 participants connected online and an expert panel from FFOO: Andrés Pesce from Ideal (Star Investment VC fund) and Catalina del Río (Inder Financial Control Manager), VC funds; Rodrigo Castro (Managing Partner of Genesis Ventures), Pablo Fernández (Manager, Fondo Alerce), Federico Antoni (Managing Partner, AllVP), and Luis Bermejo (Managing Partner, Alaya Capital Partners), who explained why this asset has become so relevant to the global crisis. Finally, legal and tax advice was provided by our partner Carey Abogados, Francisco Guzmán.
