Proposal for the modification of the R&D Law 

The ACVC met with Aisen Etcheverry, Minister of Science, Technology, Knowledge and Innovation, to present the association's proposal for the modification of the R&D Law. Currently, this law offers benefits for internal innovation in the company, but it often represents a high cost because it does not allow considering existing solutions, but only new ones. Therefore, the ACVC presented a minute for the extension of the law with three proposals that, among others, propose benefits for those who incorporate open innovation to their company considering external and/or existing technologies.
