Between July 5 and 6 the UC Festival of Innovation and Future took place, where ACVC was an important partner in multiple activities carried out during these two days.
The first day we were part of the investment panel where the conversation focused on how we support entrepreneurship in more developed stages to create a market for startups that scale and are global. The legal perspective provided by Carey, that of Venture Capital by Manutara Ventures and Mountain Nazca, that of the angel networks by FounderList and that of government by Corfo.
On the second day we participated in speed dating with entrepreneurs seeking to raise capital; Interesting instance for startups that are starting a financing path with experienced managers.
We congratulate INTI-TECH, winners of the “Cage of Pumas”, instance of Pitch Session, where 8 startups in the stage of raising an A series, were selected to participate for the award of a 100% scholarship from a UC MBA + an immersive trip to Silicon Valley. As part of the jury, our executive director of ACVC, Magdalena Guzmán, and our associate Pedro Varas Bruzzone from FounderList participated.
