Liquidity and exits were the topics that brought together ACVC members, leaders of VC funds, FF.OO., corporate, and key players of the ecosystem in the most recent seminar of the association. In interesting presentations, Cristián Olea, co-founder and Managing Partner of Manutara Ventures, delved into the essential points for planning successful exit strategies and shared examples of his own exits. While Karin Tenenboim, Partner of Practical Venture Capital - a Silicon Valley venture fund - explained how venture funds work and their projection over time.
Then, the event continued with a discussion moderated by our executive director Magdalena Guzmán, where Cristóbal de Solminihac (Autofact), Federico Álvarez (Grupo Sable) and Gianni Casanova (Landmark - Alantra Group), shared their experiences and perspectives on real exit processes.
